Sabah Adventure (part1)

19th Dec _ Sabah Day 1

I took 5.21am train from my hometown to kl sentral . I only see one of them when I reach . So we go and have some breakfast while waiting for others to arrive . We wait for 20 minutes but they still haven't appear . Who knows when we call them , they are on the way to airport . We immediately rush to airport . After done all the procedure , we wait to board the plane . Feel so good for the first time vacation with friends . The feeling is totally different from family 

2pm . We landed safely at Sabah . We have our lunch while waiting for Lawrence to fetch us . After setting down our luggage , we start rehearsing for tomorrow concert
 6pm . The sky partially turn dark . This is the perfect timing to watch sunset . Our first vacation spot , Tanjung Aru first beach . The beach are divided into 3 beach , the first beach , second beach and third beach . More people visit first beach . The sunset is so nice , so amazing . The sun spread out its last rays before setting down . 

Day 2 . 
Woke up 4 in the morning . 5.15am we reach bukit padang . Although the sky still cover with darkness but pretty lot of people start hiking . After walking some distance , here come the tough one . The staircase in front of us is so steep and high . We have to climb slowly and with the same pace . We only took half and hour to reach the top of the hill .  The breeze blow past us . It is so refreshing . We wait for the sun to rise up .

We stay at the hill for almost 2 hours until 8am . The sunrise was a bit disappointing because there are too many clouds . But is okay . We climb until the top of the hill without stopping is something we should be proud of . After linger there quite some time ,  we start going down and have our dim sum . We go home and take a shower and of course a long nap . Feeling worn out . We fight for the blanket last night which make me stay awake for the whole night . 

This is how they sleep

 6pm . We start prepare for the house concert. Arrange the chair , dress up ourselves . The guests are coming , MIA seniors coming for support as well . Our house concert goes well . Thank you Lawrence parents prepare such delicious food  to served during intermission . 

During the concert , Howard tell something which make me realize so much so much . Every musicians close themselves in the practice room for more than 6 hours . So when they come out and perform they will nervous easily . Because in the practice room we only play for the four walls , we seldom come contact with the audience . That's why organising a house concert which the audience is not that much are able to help us overcome our fear . 


Day3 
Sunday . Gaya Street is only "available" for Sunday . We get a opportunity to visit this morning market . Wide variety of stuff , souvenirs sold here . There are also quite a lot of foreigners . The stuff sold with affordable price , but we still can bargain with them .  

After Gaya street we go and visit the Sabah Museum . Inside the museum ,  it was a bit creepyr . Some more the not much people visit this museum . When we are waking , the light suddenly went off . Luckily we are walking in a group . Next time no more visiting museum !!

We settled our lunch at Upperstar Restaurant . It is a modern Cafe restaurant . Once we step inside , I was amazed by its Christmas decoration . The atmosphere is so like the western restaurant .  We go home take a rest and visit the swarmp if no raining . But the rains pours heavier so we have to cancel it . Today is winter solstice . For the past 17 years , I celebrate with my family but this year special . I celebrate with my friends at Sabah ! At night , Lawrence and his family dinner at his grandma house . So we just follow . His grandma welcome us with wide smile on her face . We have dinner together with all his relatives.
